Canada's largest single day, volunteer-led fundraising event dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer research, and education and awareness programs.

This annual event has been held since 1992 is the flagship fundraiser for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. In 2009, 56 communities and 170,000 Canadians participated in the CIBC Run for the Cure, raising $26.5 million for breast cancer research, education, and awareness programs.
