The only national voluntary organization in Canada that supports both MS research and services for people with MS and their families. The MS Society supports MS research into the cause, treatment and cure of the disease as well as many services that assist people living with MS and their families.

Through a variety of charitable events and fundraising activities across Canada such as its flagship Walk to End MS held in every Spring, the MS Society is able to provide this vital support.
